We came in the day after hurricane Helene to buy some boots and a jacket for our son. We really didn't know what we wanted, but when my son found color he liked in a particular jacket we were sort of struggling with the right size. The owner of the store was so helpful and knowledgeable. But also not at all pushy. He also helped us with all weather boots they would keep his feet dry, again we were not very up to date on what to get. They were one of very few stores open, and they were so nice and helpful that it was such a pleasure shopping there. It was almost as if the owner answered my questions without me even asking. They had no wifi in their location so they had to call in our credit card to be charged there. We left being really impressed by the whole place. Highly recommend this local store, because besides being helpful and knowledgeable, they have a huge selection of everything you could need for outdoor clothing and shoes.
